Yes. All medications supplied by RapidMeds are sourced exclusively from licensed UK wholesalers and pharmaceutical suppliers.
The medicines we dispense are the same genuine, UK-licensed medications that you would receive from a high street pharmacy. Every treatment supplied by RapidMeds meets the standards set by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) and other relevant UK regulatory bodies.
Not necessarily. If you use our online consultation service, our qualified prescribers can assess your suitability for treatment and, where appropriate, issue a prescription without the need for you to obtain one from your GP.
If you already have a valid prescription, we can dispense your medication once we have received and verified the prescription.
Please note that all prescription-only medicines are subject to a clinical assessment and approval by one of our GPs.
Absolutely. Patient confidentiality is at the heart of everything we do.
We will not contact or inform your GP about any treatment you receive through RapidMeds without your explicit consent, unless there is a legal or safeguarding requirement to do so.
While we encourage patients to keep their GP informed about any medications they are taking, this decision remains entirely yours. All personal and medical information is handled securely and in accordance with UK data protection regulations.
Payments made to RapidMeds are processed securely. To maintain your privacy, the transaction description that appears on your bank or card statement will be discreet and will not reveal details about your treatment or medication.
If you have any questions regarding payment descriptions, please contact our customer support team.
