For the duration of the Event Outside Our Control, our obligations under these Terms will be suspended, and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended. We may cancel an Order if an Event Outside Our Control lasts more than 28 (twenty-eight) days.
Your Obligations
By accepting these Terms, you agree that:
All information you provide to us will be complete, true, and accurate, and you will not omit anything material.
You will follow all instructions, advice, and treatment given to you by us to the best of your ability. If you are unsure how to take any Prescribed Medicine, you will contact us and refrain from using the Prescribed Medicine until you have received sufficient information from us and understand the correct instructions.
If, as a result of your use of the site, you have any doubts or concerns about any information, advice, or instructions provided to you or failed to be provided to you via the Services, or about your health or any medical conditions, you will seek further independent medical opinion as soon as is reasonably practicable from an alternative healthcare professional and/or use the emergency services as applicable.
You will notify us as soon as reasonably possible if you experience any side effects from any Prescribed Medicine or believe that any Prescribed Medicine is ineffective.
You will not register or attempt to register for access to the site on behalf of another person, nor will you provide information in response to an online clinical assessment or represent yourself as another person.
You will accept our decision if we determine that issuing a Prescription without the benefit of a face-to-face consultation is not in your best interests.
You will inform your doctor/general practice about the Prescribed Medicines. We will always offer to notify your doctor/general practice of any Prescribed Medicines, but it is your responsibility to notify your doctor/general practice if you decline our offer. If you choose not to notify your doctor/general practice, you must keep a record of the Prescribed Medicines. Our Obligations
Provide a professional and transparent service in accordance with all applicable regulatory guidelines on remote prescribing and dispensing, as well as clinical best practise.

Failure to provide written notice within the time limit will preclude you from making such claim.
If a dispute arises in connection with any provision of these Terms, we and you each agree to seek resolution of the dispute.
If the dispute cannot be resolved within 60 (sixty) days of either party's initial notification of a dispute, we agree to try to settle it through mediation using the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution Model ("CEDR") Mediation Procedure.
The parties irrevocably agree that neither party may commence any court proceedings in relation to any dispute arising out of any matter relating to these Terms unless the dispute has first been attempted to be settled by mediation and either the mediation has been terminated or the other party has failed to participate in the mediation for a period of not less than 30 (thirty) days from the date of the mediation's commencement.
Other important terms
